Hello, I wasn't able to find any info about this – U.S. applicant here. The only medication I'm taking is for hair loss from an online prescription service (Keeps, if that makes a difference). I don't think this is in my medical records from in person doctors. Is this something I need to report and have signed off with on the statement of physician form? I'm confused about the connection between medicine prescribed by a doctor I'm seeing and something I've chosen to buy online on my own.
