Recommendation of japanese audiobook

I can pretty much perfectly understand spoken japanese but just started learning how to read. Recently listened to strange picture by Uketsu and I really liked it. Is there any audiobooks in japanese and you’d recommend? It can be any genre, from mystery to romance to light novels, but if possible with some depth/original concepts. To give an example there’s this book about a girl who had almost all her organs changed into a pig’s one that really interested me (sadly it has no audiobook)
