Local food I had in Okinawa

Okinawa had been my bucket list until last year April, when I finally had an opportunity to visit there. I got to try Okinawan cuisine which is vastly different from the rest of Japan, so here's my list.

1) Okinawa soba

2) Goya champuru set with okinawan miso soup, rafute and many side dishes

3) Pork tamago onigiri

4) Taco rice from American village

5) Okinawa soba with yushi tofu (Okinawan soft tofu)

6) Agu (Okinawan pork) shabu shabu

7) Sada Andagi (desp fried dough)

8) Okinawan Champon (pretty different from original champon from Nagasaki, it's a rice dish with assorted vegetables)
