Anyone here applied for a trademark just to qualify for Amazon Brand Registry using listed consultants under Amazon IP Accelerator?
Without qualifying for ABR, if you're an amazon seller, your product listing appear as ノーブランド品 and there will be no multimedia option on your product description which looks a bit off and not so trustworthy for shoppers.
So I plan to get a trademark for my small business. I received quotations from Amazon service partners but fees are high though I am not really sure if its worth the money? or is it easy to do without a consultant/lawyer?
Im also curious to know hows your Amazon FBA biz so far given the increased fees…
