I just started my tokyo trip and caught the worst cold/flu in a long while. I bought contac 600 plus from matsukiyo because it appeared on a list of flu medicine when I googled but it doesn't seem to be working much for me. My main issue besides the blocked nose is my burning throat and it hurts so much that I can't sleep. Can anyone recommend something stronger or more effective?
