Would like to seek advice from this forum.
What has been your experience, what have you seen directly or through others, when it comes to voluntary redundancy packages in Japan? What about severances?
I have seen anything from 3/6 months salaries to up to 3 years salaries in the case of voluntary redundancies and, in case of severances, have seen and heard of everything given such most of the time need to be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.
Any other examples?
