Going out at night as a woman

so im going to japan tmw and i want to go out at night to different bars and lounges but i have a few questions if anyone can help:

1. as a woman who is clearly middle eastern how friendly will people be? especially that i will be alone!

2. can you recommend (high end / luxurious) bars / lounges people frequently go to?

3. lastly, what type of transportation works late night? i think the metros close before 12, is there apps to use to get a cab safely?
