Universal Studios March wait times

Hello, going to japan mid to late March. USJ is of course part of the plan. Was looking at the price of the express pass and they double during that time frame. Just the 4 ride pass jumps to the equivalent of $150.

I know we're going during peak tourist season so I expect wait times for rides to be longer compared to other dates. I'm estimating minimum 1 1/2 hrs

So interested in hearing others experience of USJ, lines, whats worth it, what's not and your recommendations. I also anticipate you will all still recommend the express pass.
