With internet, travel agent are kind of outdated for that.
Goolge Flight to search flight, then you can select the cheapest and it will link you to the airline page.
Hotels, chose your favorite booking website (I use [booking.com](http://booking.com) )
Rail pass, good news you don’t need one if your only long distance is Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka.
Sure thing we used Bespoke Bookings for our Japan trip (coincidently same places you’re going lol). They are AMAZING! They custom plan everything & know Japan really well. Congrats on your marriage too!
Honestly, you can easily do this yourself. We just did.
My advice is to book things yourself. Just spend a bit of time learning about the destination country; i.e. [japan-guide.com](http://japan-guide.com), and use hotel reservation websites such as Expedia or Booking to find and reserve hotels.
If you prefer someone else to do this for you, there probably are local travel agencies that can do this for you, as well as online agencies such as [https://www.japan-experience.com/tours/tailor-made](https://www.japan-experience.com/tours/tailor-made) – but note that prices will, quite likely, be higher than the exact same itinerary booked DIY, not to mention not as personalized as one that you organized yourself.

You have a cookie cutter trip. It’s very simple.
But it’s your money and your decision.
This isn’t the sub for travel agent recommendations — there is a strong bias against, as a matter of fact. You should turn to a sub for your nation, city, state or province, etc. You’ll get little to no help here.
It’s 2026. You can figure it out on your own.
