Rakuten Credit Card Customer Support

Hello!

I applied for a rakuten cc yesterday at their nagoya branch with the help of their staff. My application got accepted the same day and the status now is preparing for delivery. The thing is, i read some issues from their foreign customers about delivery. Their name/recipient's name is in Hiragana(?)/kana(?) or their names are too long so it was shortened during application, however it doesn't match their id when they presented it upon delivery. I had the same situation as the latter. I'm afraid that upon delivery, they inputed my shortened version. I tried calling all of the customer support numbers i could find but there's only the machine talking.

Since the status is still preparing for delivery, i want to confirm it asap and ask for correction if ever they also shortened my name on my delivery details. Is there any way I could reach them and talk to an actual human representative? Or anyone who has the same experience here but was able to have their names fixed and still received their cc? tysm!
