Hi! I'm travelling to Japan for the very first time in May and would be staying in Tokyo for a night before flying out to another city at 2-3pm. I'm concerned about luggage as I'll be packing quite a bit for my trip due to temperature differences, and heard there is a lot to buy in Japan. Looking to stay in the Ueno area but most places do checkouts at 10am and I'm not sure what to do with my luggage in between. Read that the metro isn't too friendly of large luggage as well and taxi is expensive. Saw some suggestions on staying at Narita area then exploring the town before my flight but wasn't too sure if there is enough time for me to do so or how to handle the luggage. Would appreciate any advise, thank you!!
