We are about to sign into a contract of acquiring a land in one of the 23 wards in Tokyo. Me and my husband are relatively new in Japan but we would like to be able to build our home here. Our Japanese is still not good enough to converse fluently and I was wondering if anyone has experience working with Ichijo or Sumitomo etc without Japanese skills?
