I’ve been living in Japan for some time, and I recently took several online tests that showed I may have a higher-than-average chance of having ADHD.
I’m now looking for clinics in Tokyo where:
- The doctor can speak English
- I can get a proper ADHD diagnosis
- Medication can be prescribed if needed
I’m on an International Services / Work visa, and I would also like to know:
- How much does the diagnosis and treatment usually cost, and how long does it take
- Whether ADHD treatment is covered by Japanese health insurance
- I would prefer doctors or clinics that are open on weekends
If you have any recommended clinics, doctors, or professors in Tokyo, I’d really appreciate your suggestions.
