What’s a small moment in Japan that’s stayed with you?

I remember being on a packed bus once and an elderly woman got on. No one else moved, so I gave her my seat. She kept thanking me over and over the whole ride. It felt like such a normal thing to do, but it really stuck with me. I’ve noticed moments like this a few times here.
