Tokyo clinics that can prescribe Concerta?

Hi,
Does anyone know of a clinic in Tokyo that can prescribe Concerta relatively quickly?

I have an official ADHD diagnosis from abroad and have been on Concerta before. I’ve been off meds for about half a year since I wasn’t working, but I’m starting a new job soon and really need to get back on treatment.

For the past two weeks I’ve been going to Roppongi Mental Clinic, and the experience has been very confusing:

• First they said I needed to get tested again
• Then they said my previous diagnosis was fine
• Then they said Concerta isn’t available in Japan right now due to a shortage and suggested Strattera
• I declined Strattera, and they said they can prescribe Concerta but need an English version of my diagnosis
• I provided that, was told to come back
• On the next visit they said again that there’s a shortage and they can only put me on a waiting list

I’m not sure if this “waiting list” is clinic-specific or nationwide. I’m wondering if other clinics might still be prescribing Concerta or have stock, and whether it’s possible to get it faster elsewhere.

If anyone has recent experience with ADHD treatment in Tokyo (especially Concerta), I’d really appreciate any clinic recommendations or advice on what to do next.
