Advice on Selling a Road Byckicle in Kyoto 京都における道路自転車の売却に関するアドバイス

I am looking to sell my road bicycle bike for cheap as I am leaving Japan. I have papers. Please can you suggest some second hand shops or alternatives of where to get rid of a bike quickly. It’s in great working condition, just needs new brake pads which is an easy fix. Thank you!
