Which visa available for spouse if I have a child of Japanese visa

Hello,

I Am currently a US citizen with child of Japanese visa from my father side. (Currently waiting for my eijuken application which is going to take another year wait for an answer. Not even sure if it’ll get approved).

Anyways, I may potentially be getting married to none Japanese from overseas. Which visa available for spouse if I currently have a child of Japanese visa? Are they even eligible to get any visa?
