Have you rented an apartment from CJS, how was your experience?

The apartments I have found on CJS seem pretty good, and there are lots, however no one I know has ever even heard of them before. Not like LeoPalace, or Shamaison, which everyone has heard of and there's lots of reviews.

But are they pretty safe to go with, have you had any experience with them?
