I am planning to study in KUAS & due to some circumstances I would need to do part time jobs but I don't want to do unskilled jobs like kobini rather I would go for something skilled work currently I do have experience in Digital Marketing(social media marketing, google ads, meta) ( courses, internships), I can also get a internationally recognised certificate for yoga instructor( YT 200 (Yoga Alliance)). I plan to reach jlpt n3 before I come here during September- October & slowly reach to n1. Any Advice? or suggestions?

Generally speaking, the big bottleneck for doing jobs is just being able to communicate with employers and customers. If you have an international yoga certification AND can at least learn a script for how to give instruction in Japanese, you might find some luck, but even that’s going to be very roll-the-dice.
Working at a convenience store would also effectively be not “unskilled” in your case because it would provide meaningful training and practice in using the language, which is pretty useful if you want to live in Japan!
As far as yoga goes, there is a huge array of international people coming through the city all the time. Reaching out to hotels or existing studios about offering classes in English might be worth a shot
