What parts of Tokyo are we used to, but on their own feel liminal/dystopian?

The Blade Runner vibes of street corner food stands with counter seating, tattoos only on certain groups, traditional bath houses everywhere with dim lighting, train stopping after midnight but the stations staying lit all night and empty… etc.
