1. I guess there’s a first time for everything: some old lady, in a big hurry to get off the train, starting hitting me in the side before the doors even opened.

2. I live in Tokyo and tourists say people save their seats here with their phone or wallet. I have never seen anyone do that. Usually people leave something like a hat, scarf, handkerchief, coat, shopping bag, umbrella etc. Do people actually do this or are tourists gaslighting me?

3. Well I was supposed to move in to the house after work but wife just told me the pipe to the hot water system burst so no hot water.  Apparently it had frozen and there was a waterfall coming from the hot water unit.  ffs.

4. Today is my birthday, and I may be at work for it, but some coworkers remembered and gave me some flowers and chocolate, which made my day~
