I moved to japan 10 months ago as a student. I finally started my part time job. It's a salon business. So there are a lot of details to remember. I have worked here for 20 days I guess and my japanese colleague who is senior than my by both experience and age is being extra rude. Everytime I forgot something or dont know what to do, she starts talking with a very bad tone. The owner and other part time staffs are real nice, but this one lady is giving me a really hard time. Today she talked bad about me with the owner in a phone call. Since my japanese is still not good, most of the time I'm not even aware what is she saying, but I bet It's not something good.
Now I'm not the person who like to give up just because someone is giving me a hard time. Is there any way, advice for me here? Specially for a foreigner? I would really appreciate some tips/tricks for my workplace.
