Hello, I just want to ask about gensen choshu you (withholding tax slip). I will be starting my first full-time job at the end of February and my employer is asking for a gensen choshu hyo.
The thing is I only did arubaito at Mcdonalds, did my part-time job there for four years, and I quit last September 2025. They didn't told me anything about gensen choshu hyo or anything so I don't have any idea (my mistake), and I was wondering if it's really important to obtain and get the gensen choshu even though I was also not under the insurance (hoken) at my former arubaito.
I don't want to go directly to my former job again, but I also don't have any phone number of the tenchou.
