Just seeing if anyone has an update on how ubiquiti/unifi routers are doing with Japan's IPoE implementations in 2026. Googling seems to suggest Map-E and DS-Lite support, but can't really find any good accounts of people using them since these updates, and if they were able to get it working or not.
Thinking of upgrading to 10G internet, and looking at the Cloud Gateway Fiber, and doing a full unifi stack (cause I'm sick of taking a laptop to my rack and connecting a console cable to do anything). Not looking to sit it behind a providers router (so no AU) cause I don't want to double nat. So anyone got a unifi router up and running with Map-E/DS-Lite/v6plus/OCN connect (or whatever acronyms are left)?
