There’s a rather nice house on my commute that appears to no longer be lived in. The yard and car port have become overgrown, and while there used to be a car parked outside, it hasn’t been there for many months. I’d sometimes see an old lady out front, but no sign of any human activity at all now.
How would I go about finding out if the house is no longer lived in? If the old lady no longer lives there, is there a particular way of finding out the current ownership situation?
“Does anyone still live here? If not, would the owner be interested in selling?”
