So I have PhD degree in Engineering from the (one of the) top school here in Japan and work for a Japanese company in Tokyo. My salary is decent, benefits are good and I could keep working at this company till 60-65 and retire with decent taishokukin.
However, my job is kind of easy for me and I think I need a new challenge (mid-life crisis?). I have always been interested in finance and with good background in mathematic, I think an MSc. or MBA in Finance (preferably taught in English) will be good progress forward.
Has any one of you here completed or currently enrolled in part-time or evening MBA program here in Japan? Can you please share your experience. I would also love to hear thoughts of everyone else on my stupidity.
