Dealing with a seller refund ($1,000 USD) from Mitsubishi UFJ to my Wise account. Seller insists the outgoing wire fee is ¥10,000.
Am I missing something? Has anyone actually been charged ¥10k by MUFG for a USD refund, or is the seller padding the cost? No pension/special case involved – just a straight return.
