Is a month enough time to find and move into an apartment in Tokyo?

I am moving (permanently) to Tokyo from Europe in a few months. My job will arrange one month of company housing while I search for a place. Wondering if I should make plans to extend that somehow or if that should be enough? I only have suitcases so I don't need movers.

I searched and there's lots of info on finding places, and I've already bookmarked a few foreign agencies. But there's less info on the actual timeline.

My budget will be 200.000 / mo, and I'm quite flexible on commute times, an hour is totally fine, so I imagine that helps? I just have no idea how reasonable it is to both settle on a place and get the keys in 30 days. My company just said "it really depends".
