We are in the middle of purchasing a house (just finished the loan application) and although purchase isn’t done yet, agent said it’s good to start thinking about what options I want to add in the house before moving in. I’ll be meeting with an interior gyosha introduced by the agent when loan is approved.
What are some house options you think are important especially before moving in. I did a bit of research and thought about.

- Touchless faucet

Also, does anyone have experience with blinds? Are they better than curtains?
The house is a 3LDK with three floors around Yokohama.
