Everyday restaurants/chains

I'm a newish resident (Kobe) and looking for recommendations for restaurants/chains for a quick lunch or dinner alone or with a friend with no frills atmosphere and fair price. Probably most of you are in Tokyo but I guess you might know some lesser known chains for newbies. I'd appreciate it if they have good portions. Ideally under 2000 yen.

Examples I recently found that I somehow missed as a tourist before:

Matsunoya for 0 frills tonkatsu. I usually go for the double katsu.

Niku Gekijou for gyudon that's more akin to chopped steak on rice with some serious portion choices available up to 1kg. I'm never entering any of the cheaper chains again.

Uobei for conveyor belt sushi. Somehow I feel like the cuts are larger and more satisfying like in the better known chains I feel like I'm eating 5% fish 95% rice.
