Would paying rent by credit card in Japan be useful, even with a processing fee?

Hi, everyone!
I have a practical question and would love to hear some opinions regarding it.
Some countries (Canada and America especially) have services that allow paying rent and other biils using credit card, where landlord still receives an actual bank transfer, so from their perspective there are no changes.
I am trying to understand if a similar service would be helpful in Japan.
I am sure that it's not for everyone as there will be fee involved, but I would love to hear your thoughts as personally I have always used this service while living in Canada ( worked well for getting credit card rewards)

So, i'm curious:
1. Would you ever use this service?
2. At what fee would it no longer worth it for you
3. Are there any obvious payment issues i'm missing?

Not promoting anything, just trying to understand if this idea is valid in japan.
