How to dispose of a TV in Japan?

I’m living in Yokohama area and I’m trying to get rid of a LED 32-inch tv. The screen is broken internally so I can’t go somewhere like BookOff etc.

So now I’m looking for a way to dispose it. I found some places online that pick up unwanted stuff/garbage for you at a price but I don’t know what’s the best option. Anyone have any recommendations?
