To those who bought second hand mansion here in japan, did you hire a professional cleaning company before moving?
After turnover we checked the unit and selller is nice to booked cleaning. However i noticed that there are still spots in the bathroom and toilet stinks (which my husband disagree as for him it looks clean)
The mansion is less than 5yrs built so i doubt molds or leaks, i just want a deep clean and since its bought i wanted it to be good as new.
I checked and its around 50-60k for deep clean of the whole mansion and 30k if its just bathroom+kitchen+toilet. Its bit expensive as the unit is already cleaned…
Does deep clean here wipes even the walls and edges of the toilet?
Personally i dont want to clean someone’s toilet other than what my family used. What icks me is the toilet it is stinky for me, i assume coz they have a toddler who probably peed on the floor or what. But my husband isnt bothered. He told me i could book a cleaning service for my peace of mind. But idk if its worth it? Or i’ll just clean it myself?😅
Edit: i have a toddler who doesnt go to school yet so that also one of the reason why im sceptical to cleaning it myself.
