Recently, I've moved into a new apartment due to my old neighbors causing a really bad roach infestation. On the inside, my new place is really nice. It's large, clean, in a nice-ish neighborhood, and quiet. However, there's been a few issues within the months I've lived here.
Back in November, my packages for stolen. I reported the incident to the koban and management but both didn't really do much about it so, I now only receive packages face to face. The thing is, I had already suspected that they were stolen from someone in the building. My room is next to the stair case but it's kinda hidden away to where only if someone were to walk around that area, they'd see the packages. We also don't have a lot of people living in our building. There's only 5 floors and I rarely see or hear my neighbors except for the family with two kids.
Then, from late December, I started seeing empty bottles of energy drinks being left near the balcony outside my door. I just simply moved them out of the way with no problem. It didn't happen everyday but at least once it twice a week.
But then January, I started seeing more trash like packets of Pocky and weird trash like a bag of cabbage, etc. I reported it to management with photos but all they said was they couldn't do anything about it because they don't have security cameras.
Then, yesterday, someone glued an energy drink can full of soy sauce on the balcony so that the person who moved it would have it spill on them. They also left a bag of onions.
I'm really starting to lose it because I don't know who or why someone is doing this. It's really hard to move because I've just spent a lot to move out of my previous place.
I'm thinking of going to the police again but seeing how useless they were the first time, I'm not sure they'll do anything about it and I'll be wasting my time.
