Printing pictures of celebrities at konbini?

This might just be a super stupid question

But does anyone know the "legality" of printing celebrities or pictures from Pinterest at konbini's?

Ik you can print pictures that you have taken yourself but what about pictures from the internet?

I saw that there are official photos you can print but they didn't have European athletes (and why would they??)

Like I want to make a "photocard" or even just have photos of my favorite European athlete.

As I said this is a super stupid question but I just don't want do get "in trouble" for something I can avoid!! Like I don't wanna loose my resident card for printing a picture of some tennis player 😭
