A question regarding income documentation for the Digital Nomad Visa

Hi everyone

I had some specific questions regarding the Digital Nomad visa.

I have my own company but I also pay myself enough to match the 10M Yen income requirement.
However, I only started this company in October, so I have no tax records to provide, only paychecks and a overview document of how much I will make in 2026, provided by my accountant. These documents are in my native language, which might also prove an issue?

My question: For anyone who did not have documents from previous years, how did you go about providing documents that show you meet the income requirement? Did you provide paychecks as well? Or was there something else you sent in?

There is still very little information to be found regarding this visa, it seems.
