Delayed/missing transaction record for chargin Rakuten Cash (for tsumitate)

Hi, recently upgraded to the Rakuten Gold card from the regular one, which I use for monthly tsumitate investments (100k directly via card, 50k via Rakuten Cash). I updated the card information in Rakuten securities for both the card withdrawal and Rakuten Cash auto-balance.
When I changed the card info, the Cash balance was already topped up to the max 50k (with the regular card) -> the tsumitate date arrived and the 50k were used to buy the stock -> the auto-balance topped the Cash balance back up to 50k (by that time the new card info was already linked).

It all looks completely fine functionally, the only thing that concerns me – I cannot see any transaction for that latest 50k top-up in any of my credit card statements, neither old nor new. It's been 6 days since the auto-balance (confirmed with the email notification) and the statements are empty, while previously I could see the transaction the same or next day after the charge.

Rakuten card support wasn't helpful, they just claimed that they cannot see any card transactions for Rakuten Cash on their end and it likely failed. I thing it's wrong, since I can see the 50k in my Rakuten Cash/points.

Any ideas what might be the case here? Only option I can think of is that I somehow added a wrong card number to rakuten securities/cash, but I can only see the last 4 digits now in the account information, so can't verify that.
