Umeda tax centre?

Hello everyone,

For the past 2 years I've been going to a tax return help centre in Umeda to do my taxes. It's an entire floor of a big office building dedicated to helping people file their taxes. I can't remember exactly where it is. I always got a sheet with information about their address, opening hours, dates, etc in my mailbox in the past, but this year I haven't gotten anything. An internet search also comes up empty. My Japanese is limited so I thought I'd ask on here first before going through official channels. Does anyone know where this place is exactly (in Umeda) and what their opening hours are?
