(maybe) stupid question… so my company recently took over my apartment contract and gave me a discount, kinda same deal as 社宅 – but i lived there for 3.5 yrs prior to the changeover. if i have a complaint for building management, can i contact them directly, or does it have to be through my company? i’m the tenant, but my company has the contract now, and i signed a different contract with my company.
