I started to a new job at the start of this month, because I left my old job after December, I had to pay painstaking extra 4 months of 住民税. I will be receiving my new salary in 3 days so, what I am asking is that is there a possibility for the new company to mistakenly pay 住民税 again, or is there a system where they can see the paid taxes and not pay it automatically.
Do I have to report it to the new job, that I have already paid my 住民税 , if so what kind of document would I need for them to not pay it again?
