The yen is getting weaker, and it is not good. How do you deal with that?

My husband and I have been in Japan for almost 12 years and the yen’s depreciation is affecting our life negatively.. I feel that my salary means nothing and I started contemplating leaving Japan, but the only thing that keeps us attached to Japan is because we applied for naturalization and we are waiting for the result ..that’s the only reason why we are here in Japan .

Do you think the yen will keep depreciating ? or will it start to gain strength ?

Is it worth working in Japan for the next five years or should we leave as soon as we get the naturalization results?

Edit: My salary is 586,667 yen per month and I feel it is nothing compared to ppl in other “developed” countries… and that is because of the yen depreciating.
