Hello, I have a remote opporutnity from the US, it's a freelancing opporutnity and having abundant time right now I thought I should try. My question is, if I report this income to the US, would the company in Japan be able to find out about the freelancing stuff I have been doing on a side?
Update: so I am just gonna do it, and report the income separately. The money is too big. It's over $40 USD an hour and that's almost 1 billion JPY. If I get fired I will just work somewhere else.
