I have a "A" plate Kei car and need to renew my JCI. I have done it in the past at the center down in Urasoe but this time there are no reservations available in the next 3 weeks and my JCI would expire 2 days prior. I don't want to get a temporary plate after it expires. My question is has anyone used the JCI shop Kobac before, because they have 2 appointments available next week?
