Buying US or foreign stocks while staying in Japan

I have been living in Japan for 7 years now and I’ve been really wanting to buy stock while in Japan for investment.

In addition, I am really a beginner in stocks thing,

is it difficult to buy stocks from here?

Any advice is really appreciated, like what website or application is recommended to use or even what stocks to buy and the regulation here in Japan..
