I’m filming a short documentary (under 3 minutes) about a motorcycle racer and I’m looking for a cool location in Tokyo for a sit-down interview.
Originally I was searching for gritty rooftop parking garages or large concrete parking structures (especially around Shibuya/Shinjuku), but I’m open to anything that fits a raw, industrial, mechanical vibe.
Ideas I’ve been considering:
- Rooftop parking lots
- Large multi-level parking garages
- Concrete atrium spaces
- Industrial warehouses
- Auto garages / tuning shops
- Underground pedestrian tunnels
- Indoor motorsport spaces
Does anyone know any accessible spots in Tokyo with that kind of aesthetic? Ideally somewhere that looks gritty/urban and visually connected to speed, machinery, or concrete architecture.
