Advice needed! :D

Hi! So I’m a SEA student looking into various educational pathways I can take so I wanted to ask a few things here :D, if there’s any advice it’d be much appreciated!

– I’m planning to take : Physiotherapy / Physical therapy

– Why Japan? : I heard Japan’s really advanced in physiotherapy due to high demand + The tuition AND rental fees are much cheaper than in Malaysia + There are two universities which guarantee me being able to register with the Physiotherapy Association in Singapore without taking the QE ( which is quite hard to pass ) + Unis more accessible in my area are not on the certified accreditation list or have limited intake or are too expensive

– P.S. I’m not here specifically because of the stereotype that Japan is amazing and everything, I know the culture and environment related to working and what people don’t see so ya! Just a thought

– If everything works out, after my graduation, I’ll be heading to a prep course for Japan Universities for around 2 years!

– I wanted to know as international students : how’s the life there? is the student environment friendly and any other tips or advice would be great too! and also things like dealing with the pain of renting a house, getting a phone number etc

– So I want to decide between Kyoto University or Shinshu University in Nagano 😀 if there are any alumni or current students do let me know

– After I finish my clinical placement/training I’m not planning to stay here permanently because of the toxic work culture so yeah! ( but probably not heading back so fast after graduation )

I’m all ears to any suggestions/recommendations or tips! Do be kind though, I’m just a confused student too :’)
