Hi Everyone,
We are currently searching for apartment in Osaka, with Konyo management. My issue is, that we are not in Japan yet, and we would sign a contract from abroad, which is valid I think. We would move in early April and they would mail the keys to the nearest post office. No one would hand the keys over to us, no person would let us into the apartment, we just get the keys and move in. I think this part is a bit sketchy and not so trustworthy. Is this method common in Japan and legit?
