Any good, up to date online resources showing the condition of hiking paths? Kansai area

I’m planning some cycling activities in Kyoto area and there is one old road that I would like to take. It is on the north side of the Oi river going east from near Kameoka station. It starts as Kyoto prefectural route 401 and then becomes what looks like an old road until it connects with Route 50 a bit north of Hozukyo station. Last Google street view on it was 2023, so not sure if it is still viable or not. It looked passable then, in fact the street view at that time was made on a bicycle. I thought that it might still be used by hikers going up or down the valley.
