Good bar/pub/bistro in Tsuruhashi/namba?

Hello fellow gaijins , is there a good bar/pub in the Tsuruhashi or Namba area? I'm looking for good value for money, cozy and relax atmosphere. not too crazy or crowded. any recommendations? thanks everyone
