Long story short, I have been in a company for 7years+ and I have been more and more tired of it. I initially wanted to apply to PR in 2024, so didn't move, but I realized I would miss 5 point in 2024 and had to reschedule my application to 2025.
So I applied to PR last November using 80 point system, and I am now 4 months in. It will take another year at best to get the results (the """estimation""" is May 2027) and Like I don't wanna stay stuck here another year. I am looking passively for job since last week, and I was wondering if changing job while waiting for a result (OFC I know I have no notify them of the change) in another company with same or better salary and same industry would affect my PR, or if it is better to just painfully wait till application is over to look for jobs actively.
